Seventh Heaven is a charming, comfortable cottage with a view of the Benjamin River on desirable Carter Point Road, freshly renovated by the owners. Enjoy sitting on the spacious deck watching boats pass, grill burgers on the gas grill, and add fresh herbs from the raised bed garden.  Use the folding bikes to tour the Sedgwick/Blue Hill area, launch your kayak (or a rented one) from the public launch about 300 yards from the cottage, or watch the sunset on the public beach at Carter Point.

The location of Seventh Heaven is ideal, as it allows guests to venture north to Blue Hill (about ten minutes away) or south to Deer Isle and Stonington. Walker Pond, a freshwater swimming and fishing pond, is less than 10 minutes away, as is Nichols Day camp, a well-loved children's camp. Fine dining, brew pubs, artisanal coffee and wine shops, and an amazing bookstore are all within a short distance.

Seventh Heaven has 2 bedrooms, one full bath (shower and tub),  2 partial baths (with toilets only and no sinks), with an open kitchen, dining, living area and main floor master with king bed. There are two more spacious rooms on second floor.  One is a bedroom with a king bed and the other is an office with two twin beds. The house features a heating/cooling system, a smart television, high speed fiber optic internet, and an extensive selection of books, games and puzzles to enjoy.

Seventh Heaven is best suited for four guests.  Up to two more guests can be accommodated with an additional fee of $35 per person per day.  Dogs considered with additional fee ($150) and signed dog agreement.
